  • Shipping Conditions
    All plants are carefully packed for safe shipping.
    However, minor branch breakage or leaf loss during transit is common and not considered damage.

  • If There's an Issue
    If your plant arrives damaged or appears unhealthy, please contact us right away.
    We’ll ask for photos so we can assess the plant’s condition and determine the next steps.

  • We Do Not Accept Returns

    Shipping can be stressful for plants and trees. While they typically survive the initial shipment, they may not survive a return trip. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.
