Weather Considerations

For extreme temperatures (over 90°F or below freezing), we recommend waiting for milder weather to ensure your plant arrives in good condition. -
Shipping Conditions
All plants are carefully packed for safe shipping.
However, minor branch breakage or leaf loss during transit is common and not considered damage. -
If There's an Issue
If your plant arrives damaged or appears unhealthy, please contact us right away.
We’ll ask for photos so we can assess the plant’s condition and determine the next steps.

We Do Not Accept Returns
Shipping can be stressful for plants and trees. While they typically survive the initial shipment, they may not survive a return trip. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.
